How does the pre-sale work?
Our holiday gift boxes are available to pre-order from November 1-30.
Simply choose your preferred gift box — Signature or Classic — and place your order as usual through our online store.
The holiday gift boxes will be dispatched on a rolling basis, according to the date that the pre-order was placed. See 'When will I receive my order?' below.
Pre-ordering reserves your gift box ahead of the holiday season, so you can tick one more thing off your gifting list.
When will I receive my order?
Pre-ordered holiday gift boxes will be dispatched on a rolling basis according to when the order was placed:
Pre-order by November 10 → Dispatch around November 13
Pre-order by November 20 → Dispatch around November 23
Pre-order by November 30 → Dispatch around December 3
Please allow approximately one week for delivery after dispatch. This is an estimate, and delivery may take longer during the busy holiday season.
