I have been using the blackcurrant powder daily for about a year now and apart from it being a delicious addition to my smoothies, muesli, yogurt etc., I have noticed significant improvement in many aspects of my health. Hyperkeratosis on my legs has completely healed without any other treatment and overall condition of my skin has improved visibly. My job involves frequent handwashung and I used to suffer from sore, cracked skin on my hands, especially over winter months. I received my first order of blackcurrants rolled in dark chocolate, and I’m very happy! The best thing about them is they’re such a great way to get a nice little treat which is healthy. If I’m watching a movie and feel like something, I snack on a few and know that the dark chocolate isn’t highly processed and full of sugar, and the freeze-dried blackcurrants are crunchy and totally natural. I’m getting a hit of antioxidants and they’re tangy but sweet with the chocolate, and healthy!

Great to add into banana smoothies to make it a delicious banana berry smoothie. My kids and I love it. You don’t need a lot so the large bag lasts for ages. Highly recommend.
