Hot Blackcurrant Soother

Feel like you have a cold coming on? Perhaps a sore throat or a tickle?

Blackcurrants have some incredible health benefits including their ability to fight viral illnesses with their huge levels of vitamin c and anthocyanin antioxidants.

To make a soothing, hot blackcurrant drink:

  • 10gm of ViBERi powder
  • a half thumb size of fresh ginger, sliced thinly
  • half a squeezed lemon and/or orange
  • 1-2 tsp of honey (to taste)
  • Optional - a cinnamon stick.

Combine and heat in a small pot on the stove before straining into a mug, to then settle on the couch in front of the fire.
