500g Frozen ViBERi Blackcurrants
1 kg Sugar
Method
Peel and cut feijoas into rough but small cubes then cook in a saucepan with the water until softened. Add the blackcurrants and then mash. When cooked through, add the sugar and boil for 15 minutes. Put in sterilised jars and seal while hot.
