Blackcurrant Gummies

A simple way to get Vitamin C and antioxidants in for the kids (or yourself), while feeling like you're eating lollies!

Heat blackcurrant powder, lemon juice, water and honey until a medium heat (not boiling). Mix in gelatin and stir until dissolved. Pour the mixture into molds or into a dish and place in the freezer for 15mins. Once it has set, if you have poured into into a dish, take out cut up and store it in the fridge.
